Thjodvara, please heal whatever is going on with my psoas muscles that keeps them tight and taut as bowstrings and makes my lower back and hips hurt, especially on my right side. It is becoming unbearable. I can no longer go on forest walks with confidence or hike or climb glaciers and mountains. I am so afraid I will never be able to do these things again and will continue to wither.
