Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Keeper, Weaver, thank You so much for yesterday. Even though the work was hard on my body, I was not in pain. I only had a little discomfort very late at night, and I think that was more to do with the fact that I could not sleep. Thank You for all You are doing for me. Please, Thjodhvara, keep healing me. Keep mending my legs and soothing my pelvic floor. None of Your hard work goes unnoticed. Thank You.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keeper of the Bower Atop the Temple, thank You for everything You have done for me over the last many months I have come to You. Please, continue to heal me. Knit the muscles of my legs together, and quiet my pelvic floor. Please, Goddess, keep me pain-free. I especially need it today, because I am going to try to save a tree. Please, Thjodhvara, hear me.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keeper of the Bower Atop the Temple, Healer, Soother, I ask today that You please continue to heal my legs and calm my pelvic floor. Thank You for working on my pelvic floor yesterday, as I had asked. I was able to sleep without it disturbing me or making me uncomfortable in bed. I ask that You please continue this work on me, and please, please let me know what I can do for You in return. Thank You, Thjodhvara.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

(Uruz, Uruz, Uruz, Uruz)
Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keeper of the Bower Atop the Temple, today is a bad day, body-wise. I know that not every day can see progress, and the bad days remind me not to take the good ones for granted. If You would, Goddess, please take extra care today to soothe my pelvic floor, which is the main issue, as You patiently continued to stitch up the muscles and tendons in my legs. Thank You.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Mender, Healer, Patient Weaver, I come to You today to ask what I always ask: That You please continue to heal my legs and soothe my pelvic floor so that I can move without pain. I thank You for everything You have done for me so far. Truly, it was completely unexpected, and at times, felt like a shot in the dark. Thank You, Thjodhvara.

(Uruz, Uruz, Uruz, Uruz)
Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Patient Keeper and Watcher, Mender at the Wheel, thank You for all you are doing for me. Forgive the short prayer today. I am feeling a little lost, and like I am clutching at straws. I feel cut off and isolated, all of a sudden, and like I am bad at everything and wrong about everything. It is a feeling that will pass. Nevertheless, I am human, so it eats at me. Please continue to fix my legs and soothe my pelvic floor. I cannot properly express what a relief Your help has been and how grateful I am to You. Thank you, Thjodhvara.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Soother of Muscle, Weaver of Sinew, thank You for everything You are doing for me. I know I say this every day now, but I truly mean it. I want You to know how grateful I am for Your aid. I come here today to ask that You please keep healing me — that You please keep fixing my legs, and soothing my pelvic floor to quietness. I also ask that You please tell me if there is anything more I can do to show You my gratitude. Thank You, Thjodhvara.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keeper of the Bower Atop the Temple, I come to You today to ask You to keep blessing me with Your healing grace. You have been working long and hard on my physical issues, and I remain eternally grateful. I have been regularly donating to a specific charity in Your name and coming here daily to show You my thanks, but I would like to be able to do more for You. Please, Thjodhvara, Great Goddess of Mending, please tell me what else I can do for You to show my gratitude. I would not be here without You.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Strength-Bringer, Folk-Guardian, Mender, Weaver, thank You for everything You are doing for me. I cannot recall any pain or tightness yesterday, so if it was present, it was so transient that it did not even matter on the whole. Great Goddess of Muscle and Sinew, I ask that You please keep healing me. Keep knitting my legs back together and soothe my pelvic floor. Thank You for everything you have done and are doing for me. I will continue to be grateful every day for mobility and movement and no pain. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Mender, Weaver, Stitcher, please continue to heal me. I am astounded that my body has made so much progress under Your care. I suppose this shouldn't surprise me — You are a healing goddess, after all, and this is Your specialty area — but I remember when I felt like I had no hope. So, thank You, Thjodhvara, for continuing to heal my legs and calm my pelvic floor. A life without this kind of pain means that it is a fuller life for me once again. I owe that to You and all the ways You have helped me. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!
