I have been sleeping slightly more soundly, thanks to You, and I would very much like to start sleeping earlier so I can get back to my usual sleep-wake cycle. I always feel like I am going to die, and there is no actual physical basis for it. It is anxiety, plain and simple — but then there is nothing simple about anxiety.
