Mani, please help me fight my depression and anxiety. My body and mind feel as though they are not my own and I am haunted by nightmares every time I close my eyes. Please teach me how to survive the pain so that I may enjoy Your light once more.
For this, I will be much kinder to my brother, even though he is a source of my pain.
