What gifts does Angrboda give to those who worship her? She is a good coach and “tough-love” mother figure for those who don’t need tender nurturing so much as motivation. She is very good when invoked as a pragmatic and no-bullshit protector and guide for troubled teenagers, especially ones who are in danger of going down destructive paths that could harm others. She can be called upon by those who are “different” and who need a mother figure to tell them that they are beautiful just as they are, so long as they are strong inside and don’t give up. She is a good role model, teacher, and helper for female warriors, dominant women, female shamans and sorceresses, and women in positions of leadership (especially over aggressive and competitive people). She is comfortable with queer and transgendered folk of any sort, and can give good advice to the polyamorous. She teaches sex magic of the ordeal type to people she feels are right for it, primarily women but occasionally third-gendered people.
