I light this candle in honor of all of my ancestors, particularly those with whom I share an interest in all things mystic/occult

I light this candle in memory of all my ancestors, named and nameless, known and unknown, remembered and forgotten, from all of my lineages. May they know that even those whose names are long-lost are still honored, and that we are grateful for those who have gone before us. This candle I also light for those who have no descendants to light for them. May their souls find peace in knowing that they, too, are honored and not forgotten.

I light this candle in honor of my step dad that just passed last week. He wasn't a heathen or pagan, or even blood, but he was a good man and made me feel welcome in his home.
