I light this candle in honor of the ancestors whose actions, in sweat, blood, pain, courage and love brought forth my family, my friends and my generation who are blessed and lucky enough to live with more than worries for survival. That is not a small gift in today's world. Thank you for your sacrifices, and may we live our lives in honor of those sacrifices, and for our future generations. Thank you.
