Dear Hel,
Hello, It is an honor to pray to you. I have recently gotten a reading that mentioned you and starting a relationship with you. It is a pleasure to meet you.
I have a lot of pain, sorrow, and trauma i carry on my back everyday. I suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, and intrusive thoughts. It is painful. But, one thing about me, I will always be grateful. For the good, the bad, and the ugly. I believe in fate, and i believe all will truly work out in the end. with or without pain. with or without lessons. These past few years have been particularly tough mentally. it’s been agonizing. But, i am grateful for it. I wouldn’t be where i am today if i never experienced it.
With that being said, i believe i am ready to recovery from this agony. These intrusive fears. I want to move on.. it’s time. I honor the idea of death and rebirth. For they are sacred cycles of life. It is time for My Spring.
I would absolutely be honored if you could help me with this. Help me overcome my fears, and bring about springtime in my life. Please, help heal me from my pain and traumas.
May you also please protect me spiritually from any negative influences or energy that may latch onto me? I would be honored.
I will be honest. I am still fairly new to Norse Paganism and i am definitely not perfect, but i will always own up to my mistakes and try my hardest to better myself. always.
