All-Mother, Queen of the Aesir and their hall at Asgard, the wife of Odin the All-Father, the leader of many handmaiden-goddesses, and the Lady of home, family, marriage, peacekeeping, wool-spinning, and home industry. She who spins the clouds and watches over the family, soothes the weary warrior and carries the mead cup in the hall. She who sees much but speaks little of what she sees, silent in her wisdom.
