Thank you Odin, for guiding me back to the gods. I made a sacrifice of my practice to show my devotion to a man who did not understand your ways, and I have lost myself in the process. I realize now that the relationship I have with myself and my gods is the first devotion, without which all else becomes meaningless.

I can not beg for your forgiveness, but instead must regain your respect by my deeds. Though I have never denounced you, I have let the path between us gather weeds, and there is work to do before I can again navigate it more easily.

May I walk the road that leads to you, without shield not spear. For your daughter is still here, and she gives of herself without fear.
