Help me to remember that my body is a temple, and that I should not dishonor it with nicotine, junk food and excessive caffeine, no matter how stressed I get. Help me to sleep peacefully and keep me warm with your soul fire. And help me find the words to teach W about my beliefs this year. She's receptive, and already identifies with you. I just need to find the right frame of mind to teach a child about my path.
