Hail Logi!

Thank you Logi, for choosing to come to me. Your presence is so strong and yet subtle as if you are always dancing around the edges of my eyes. I can see you in the world and feel you in myself and there is something magnificently beautiful about you that reminds me of a time when everything was so different. And you gave such joy. I remember wearing the furs and the shelter using the rock walls to block snowdrifts and watching you , everyone was watching you and we were laughing , you delighted us and kept us alive and it was happy. Jotun worship doesn't have to be harsh and painful. You took care of us like we were your children and we knew that you were part of the sun cart who came to earth to keep us warm and safe during the long winters. It wasn't until later when people connected you and your family with the dark, scary painful ordeals. Because in the past we love you and you loved us. And I can't imagine that has changed. You are so happy. You are what gives health. You are safety and security and sincerity. We gave you all of our trust and you gave us life. I don't ever want to lose that memory and that knowledge. Although I now know Loki because a friend is married to him you are very different.

I didn't know why you came and especially why I remember you as being so helpful until reading about your connection with metabolism. I have three diseases that are considered "Disorders of Porphyrinopathy (an acquired form of the porphyrias). The porphyrias are a group of rare metabolic, enzyme deficiency disorders involving the production of heme (a component of blood) and liver and/or bone marrow damage" - Lyme disease, chronic fatigue immune deficiency syndrome and multiple chemical sensitivity. So many of my friends suffer from those or other disorders connected to this metabolic problem like fibromyalgia, problems due to silicone implants or metal fillings or Gulf War syndrome. All that we know is estrogen makes them much worse and we live in a time when pesticides and heated plastics breakdown into estrogen and other endocrine disruptors which have destroyed metabolisms. And now I know why you came back. Thank you. There are also so many people right now with undiagnosed thyroid and adrenal and other endocrine problems – modern medicine desperately needs help with metabolic functioning. So many spirit workers and your ancestors both spiritual and physical need your help and I know that you love to be needed.

Thank you for coming to me when you did and thank you for the shrine and thank you for what you have told them to tell us and thank you for bringing me to the shrine and thank you for allowing me to share with you about these disorders connected with a deficiency of an enzyme . A lot of your followers in the northern tradition have these disorders and many others that are connected to the metabolism. The planet has changed drastically but it is wonderful to know that you haven't. I don't remember how we used to say it but " thank you for staying with us old friend."

I cannot be near fire, and those of us with these disorders usually cannot walk more than a few meters. We are impoverished financially like punishment for getting these disorders which are caused by the rich and powerful . What I can give you is my happiness that we have found each other again .
