6 cherry-stones

3 dried Carline Thistle flowers

6 leaves dried Lemon Balm

Pinch of Catnip

1 dried leaf of Coltsfoot

Handful of dried Hop flowers

6 dried Clover blossoms

2 parts Lemon Balm

1 part Carline Thistle

1 part Wild Cherry bark

1 part Coltsfoot

1 part Hops

Spoonful of each of the following dried herbs:

Cleavers

Hyssop

Lady's Bedstraw

Sweet Woodruff

Incense for Gerda can be made from 1 part each of these.
