Please show me clarity to this situation so I can learn from this experience and reveal what I need to learn. I ask for clarity and for fairness and just to occur. I ask to come from a loving place with all involved. I thank you for revealing yourself to me today and I am truly grateful. I ask to let go of any fear and pain associated with this situation and pray for love and peace. I ask that the matter is resolved now and for peace and love within myself. Thank you.

Honorable Forseti, thank you for making yourself known to me. Please help me to be fair and clear in the matter of a person we shall call Gomez and his performance issues. Help me remain above ego reactions and ego strokes from upper management as I carry out my duties in his peformance plan. Help me, please, to clearly discern where and how to be helpful to this person, and where and how to be firm. Help me to act in the best interests of the group I lead, while at the same timing being fair to this individual. In return for your assistance, I will donate food to the food drive for the seniors as an offering for the survival of those of an advanced age who no longer work. I intend, in this action, to alleviate the effects of unemployment on seniors, in the event I must terminate Gomez. I also intend to alleviate this person's instinctual survival fears and reactions.
