Fenris, may You be free.
I would free You if I could,
in fear and horror at myself
knowing You would destroy me,
knowing that You would destroy all those I love,
mortal and divine.
May You be free.
For if You are unfettered, we are dead.
But as long as You are chained,
we are all damned,
by an injustice that began thousands of years ago.
Fenris, great Ravager,
